The Metropolis Training Institute and the Municipality of Mashhad will be holding training workshops in Mashhad from 19 to 22 May 2008. Therefore, we encourage all the members of Metropolis to participate, in order to share and gain experiences that can enable;metropolises to;function better.

In this second joint workshop with Metropolis, the following topics are going to be;dealt with by expert trainers:

2. Public Transportation
3. Housing and Real Estate Financing


These training workshops are aimed;at urban decision-makers and city managers.

Accommodation provided includes lodging, breakfast and lunch, and inner-city transportation only for heads of delegations. For heads of delegation of non-Metropolis cities, the registration fee will be omitted, and breakfast and lunch, and inner-city transportation will be provided.
