A Cities Alliance Consultative Group meeting took place in Manila from 5 to 7 November 2007. Alain Le Saux of the Ile-de-France Regional Council and head of the Cities Bank project, represented Metropolis at the event, which was jointly chaired by the World Bank and UN-Habitat and which saw the ratification of the Cities Alliance commitment to the Cities Bank project.
